Privacy Policy

This page explains what this website does with your data. It is deliberately short, because the site collects very little.

Last updated 2026-09-19

This page is a working draft: the bracketed fields still need to be filled in, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Who is responsible

This website is published by ambxs. For any question about your data, or to exercise the rights described below, write to [email protected].

What is stored on your device

The site stores two preferences in your browser’s local storage: the theme you chose (light or dark) and the language you chose. They stay on your device, are never sent to us or to anyone else, and exist only so the site looks the way you left it.

These are strictly necessary to provide a feature you asked for, so they do not require consent. You can erase them at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The preferences above use local storage, which is a different mechanism and is not shared with any server.

The contact form

If you send a message, the name, email address, subject and message you type are transmitted to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), the service that delivers it to our inbox. They are used to answer you and for nothing else: no newsletter, no profiling, no resale.

The legal basis is your consent, given by sending the form. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 12 months.

Audience measurement

When audience measurement is enabled on this site, it runs without cookies and without any identifier that could single you out: only aggregated counts such as page views and referring sites. It never follows you across other websites.

External links

The marketplace links on this site lead to platforms we do not run. Once you are there, their own policies apply, not ours.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, it processes technical connection data such as IP addresses in its server logs, for security and to keep the service running.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or its erasure, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted or transferred. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.

If you feel your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
